Tennessee High School Basketball - University School of Jackson tops Jackson Christian
January 24, 2023: Jackson, TN 38305 University School of Jackson Bruins (Jackson, TN) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Jackson Christian Eagles (Jackson, TN), 51-43 in a league bout.
With the victory, University School of Jackson upgrades its record to 13-8 on the campaign. The Bruins host Tipton-Rosemark Academy (Millington, TN) to play the Rebels in a Division II-A West District 5 bout on Friday, January 27. The Rebels come into the bout with a record of 2-10. Tipton-Rosemark Academy lost 50-13 in their recent league bout against Fayette Academy (Somerville, TN)
Next up, the Eagles play the Trinity Christian Academy Lions (Jackson, TN) in a Division II-A West District 5 battle, on Friday, January 27. Jackson Christian will attempt to improve on its 12-5 season record.
