New Mexico High School Basketball - Eldorado overwhelms Farmington
January 24, 2023: Farmington, NM 87401 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Eldorado Golden Eagles (Albuquerque, NM) and the host Farmington Scorpions (Farmington, NM), saw Eldorado's basketball squad wallop Farmington by a tally of 76-51.
With the victory, Eldorado improves its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Golden Eagles host West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 13-0. West Mesa won 74-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Piedra Vista (Farmington, NM)
Next up, the Scorpions confront the La Cueva Bears (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 28. Farmington will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 50-49 non-league win over Sandia (Albuquerque, NM).
