The Aliquippa Quips tipped the visiting Central Catholic Vikings basketball team by a final score of 52-45 in Wednesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Quips face the Penn Hills Indians (Pittsburgh, PA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, January 27. Aliquippa will attempt to move on its 11-4 season record. The Indians enter the game with a 10-5 record after their 44-42 league win over Fox Chapel (Pittsburgh, PA).

With the defeat, Central Catholic moves to 8-6 on the year. The Vikings travel to Pine-Richland (Gibsonia, PA) to face the Rams in a WPIAL 6A 1 game on Friday, January 26.
