Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Grand Oaks Grizzlies (Spring, TX) and the visiting Oak Ridge War Eagles (Conroe, TX), saw Grand Oaks's basketball squad knock off Oak Ridge by a count of 70-51.

With the victory, Grand Oaks upgrades its record to 18-14 on the campaign. The Grizzlies travel to New Caney (New Caney, TX) to play the Eagles in a 6A Region II District 13 challenge on Saturday, January 27. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 13-15. New Caney won 52-44 in their recent league challenge against Conroe (Conroe, TX)
