January 24, 2024: Los Angeles, CA 90006 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the St. Francis Golden Knights (La Canada, CA) and the host Loyola Cubs (Los Angeles, CA), saw St. Francis's basketball squad overcome Loyola by a tally of 54-44.
With the victory, St. Francis improves its record to 18-8 on the campaign. The Golden Knights travel to Harvard-Westlake (Studio City, CA) to play the Wolverines in a Mission challenge on Friday, January 26. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a record of 21-3. Harvard-Westlake won 78-46 in their recent league challenge against Chaminade (West Hills, CA)
Next up, the Cubs play the Chaminade Eagles (West Hills, CA) in a Mission challenge, on Friday, January 26. Loyola will attempt to improve on its 14-12 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 16-10 record after their 78-46 league loss to Harvard-Westlake (Studio City, CA).
