January 24, 2024: Plainfield, IL 60585 The Plainfield North Tigers (Plainfield, IL) basketball knocked off the visiting Plainfield Central Wildcats (Plainfield, IL), 61-50 in Wednesday's league test.
The Tigers (14-10) will now prepare for their test against Oswego (Oswego, IL). The Panthers go into the SouthWest Prairie test with a 3-17 record. In their last test, Oswego went down by Romeoville (Romeoville, IL), 64-45, in a league test.
The Wildcats now own a 7-16 record. They play next when they host Plainfield East for a SouthWest Prairie test on Friday, January 26. Plainfield Central will encounter a Bengals squad coming off a 81-54 non-league loss to Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL). The Bengals record now stands at 8-13.
