Both teams played to a 0-0 draw in the first half, but the field stats showed the Patriots dominated from the beginning. The Patriots tallied 23 shots / 12 shots on goal in the 1st half, but could find a way to get them within the crossbars or out of the goalkeeper's reach. Quickly after halftime the Patriot's offense woke and scored three goals to secure and hold the lead. Keira Smylie led the way with a goal in the 42nd minute. Teagan Borcheller scored the second goal in the 59th minute. Ada Boesch scored the final goal in the 60th minute to bring home the victory. The Patriot defense handled their job as well by only allowing two clean shots on goal the entire match to earn another shutout victory for goalkeeper Annie Manzi.
