Texas High School Basketball - Southwest fells Dunbar
January 24, 2025: Fort Worth, TX 76112 The Southwest Raiders basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host Dunbar Wildcats to 47 in the Raiders league triumph on Friday.
The Raiders now have a 21-9 record. They play next when they travel to Diamond Hill-Jarvis for a 4A Region I District 8 game on Tuesday, January 28. Southwest will confront a Eagles team coming off a 96-64 league loss to Dunbar (Fort Worth, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 10-17.
With the loss, Dunbar falls to 10-14 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Western Hills (Fort Worth, TX) to confront the Cougars in a 4A Region I District 8 game on Tuesday, January 28. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 7-18. Western Hills won 80-27 in their recent league game against Carter-Riverside (Fort Worth, TX)
