The Gateway College Preparatory Gators bounced the visiting Taylor Ducks basketball squad by a final score of 74-42 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Gators face the Marble Falls Mustangs (Marble Falls, TX) in a 4A Region III District 24 outing, on Tuesday, January 28. Gateway College Preparatory will attempt to upgrade on its 15-7 season record. The Mustangs enter the outing with a 14-10 record after their 45-31 league loss to Lampasas (Lampasas, TX).

The Ducks (11-12) will now prepare for their outing against Burnet (Burnet, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 4A Region III District 24 outing with a 15-14 record. In their last outing, Burnet routed Salado (Salado, TX), 47-41, in a league outing.
