Arkansas High School Basketball - Mills University Studies fells Bauxite
January 24, 2025: Bauxite, AR 72011 The Mills University Studies Comets basketball team scored 52 points and limited the host Bauxite Miners to 43 in the Comets league triumph on Friday.
The Comets now have a 9-9 record. They play next when they host Malvern for a 4A Region 5 South game on Tuesday, January 28. Mills University Studies will confront a Leopards team coming off a 43-36 league loss to ESTEM (Little Rock, AR). The Leopards record now stands at 8-11.
With the loss, Bauxite falls to 4-16 on the campaign. The Miners travel to Hall (Little Rock, AR) to confront the Warriors in a 4A Region 5 South game on Tuesday, January 28. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 2-7. Hall lost 73-34 in their recent league game against Fountain Lake (Hot Springs National Park, AR)
