With the victory, Demopolis upgrades its record to 6-13 on the year. The Tigers host Hale County (Moundville, AL) to face the Wildcats in a non-league match on Monday, January 27. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 17-7. Hale County lost 46-43 in their recent non-league match against Central (Tuscaloosa, AL)
The Panthers now sport a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Selma for a 5A Area 5 match on Saturday, January 25. Jemison will face a Saints squad coming off a 63-20 non-league win over Marion (Marion, AL). The Saints record now stands at 16-1.
