The Galena Hawks basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting Jimmy Huntington Hustlers to 13 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Friday.

The Hawks now have a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Valdez for a 3A Aurora game on Friday, January 31. Galena will confront a Buccaneers team coming off a 60-56 league win over Delta (Delta Junction, AK). The Buccaneers record now stands at 7-6.

With the loss, Jimmy Huntington falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Hustlers travel to Nunamiut (Anaktuvik Pass, AK) to confront the Amaguq in a non-league game on Thursday, February 20. The Amaguq go into the game with a record of 0-6.
