January 24, 2025: Clayton, NC 27520 Greenville Christian Academy Knights (Greenville, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Southside Christian Warriors (Clayton, NC), 54-8 in a league match.
With the victory, Greenville Christian Academy upgrades its record to 9-5 on the year. The Knights travel to Wilmington Christian Academy (Wilmington, NC) to face the Patriots in a NCCSA AA East Region 4 match on Tuesday, January 28. The Patriots enter the match with a record of 10-7.
The Warriors now sport a 0-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bethel Christian Academy for a NCCSA AA East Region 4 match on Monday, January 27. Southside Christian will face a Trojans squad coming off a 63-10 non-league loss to Arendell Parrott Academy (Kinston, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 0-11.
