In Friday's league contest, the visiting Highland Huskies basketball team scored a good 53-37 triumph over the Wapello Indians.

The Huskies (10-6) will now prepare for their contest against Sigourney (Sigourney, IA). The Savages go into the non-league contest with a 13-4 record. In their last contest, Sigourney topped WACO (Wayland, IA), 64-42, in a non-league contest.
