Maine High School Basketball - Portland knocks off Lewiston
January 24, 2025: Portland, ME 04101 The Portland Bulldogs (Portland, ME) basketball were winner over the visiting Lewiston Blue Devils (Lewiston, ME), 42-29 in Friday's league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 4-12 record. They play next when they host Edward Little for a AA North bout on Tuesday, January 28. Portland will play a Red Eddies team coming off a 45-42 league loss to Oxford Hills (South Paris, ME). The Red Eddies record now stands at 9-5.
With the loss, Lewiston falls to 2-13 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Oxford Hills (South Paris, ME) to play the Vikings in a AA North bout on Tuesday, January 28. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 13-2. Oxford Hills won 45-42 in their recent league bout against Edward Little (Auburn, ME)
