The Little River Academy Bumblebees basketball team scored 64 points and limited the visiting Rockdale Tigers to 20 in the Bumblebees league triumph on Friday.

The Bumblebees now have a 24-5 record. They play next when they host Cornerstone Christian for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. Little River Academy will confront a Warriors team coming off a 76-40 non-league loss to Kinkaid (Houston, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 26-7.

With the loss, Rockdale falls to 12-15 on the campaign. The Tigers host Franklin (Franklin, TX) to confront the Lions in a 3A Region III District 19 game on Tuesday, January 28. The Lions go into the game with a record of 17-4.
