In Friday's league contest, the visiting Northwood Falcons basketball team scored a big 62-36 triumph over the North DeSoto Griffins.

The Falcons (12-9) will now prepare for their contest against Woodlawn-Shreveport (Shreveport, LA). The Knights go into the 4A District 1 contest with a 8-12 record. In their last contest, Woodlawn-Shreveport was trounced by Minden (Minden, LA), 44-38, in a league contest.
