With the victory, Northwood advances its record to 15-9 on the year. The Falcons host Southwood (Shreveport, LA) to face the Cowboys in a 4A District 1 match on Friday, February 7. The Cowboys enter the match with a record of 20-8. Southwood won 34-24 in their recent league match against North DeSoto (Stonewall, LA)
The Bearkats now own a 8-18 record. They put it on the line next when they host Minden for a 4A District 1 match on Friday, February 7. Bossier will face a Crimson Tide squad coming off a 49-41 league win over Booker T. Washington-Shreveport (Shreveport, LA). The Crimson Tide record now stands at 12-10.
