In Friday's non-league test, the Hernando Leopards (Brooksville, FL) basketball squad defeated the visiting Central Bears (Brooksville, FL), by a score of 42-30.

Next, the Leopards clash with the Nature Coast Tech Sharks (Brooksville, FL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, January 28. Hernando will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record. The Sharks come into the test with a 10-1 record after their 68-38 non-league win over Springstead (Spring Hill, FL).
