Texas High School Soccer - Conroe knocks off Oak Ridge
January 24, 2025: Conroe, TX 77304 The Conroe Tigers soccer squad scored 5 points and held the visiting Oak Ridge War Eagles to 1 in the Tigers league victory on Friday.
The Tigers now hold a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Grand Oaks for a 6A Region 2 District 13 bout on Wednesday, January 29. Conroe will play a Grizzlies squad coming off a 4-1 league win over New Caney (New Caney, TX). The Grizzlies record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Oak Ridge moves to 0-6 on the year. The War eagles host Grand Oaks (Spring, TX) to play the Grizzlies in a 6A Region 2 District 13 bout on Saturday, February 1. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a record of 4-4.
