Virginia High School Basketball - King & Queen Central ripped by Middlesex
January 25, 2022: King & Queen Court House, VA 23085 The Middlesex Chargers basketball team scored 74 points and held the host King & Queen Central Royal Tigers to 44 in the Chargers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Chargers now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mathews for a Tidewater contest on Friday, January 28. Middlesex will meet a Blue Devils team coming off a 56-52 league loss to West Point (West Point, VA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 4-8.
The Royal Tigers (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Charles City (Charles City, VA). The Panthers enter the Tidewater contest with a 0-7 record. In their last contest, Charles City was routed by Carver College and Career Academy (Chester, VA), 76-41, in a league contest.
