The Manchester Valley Mavericks basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the host South Carroll Cavaliers to 48 in the Mavericks league victory on Tuesday.

The Mavericks now sport a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westminster for a Carroll County contest on Friday, January 28. Manchester Valley will battle a Owls team coming off a 58-40 non-league loss to Howard (Ellicott City, MD). The Owls record now stands at 2-8.

The Cavaliers (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Liberty (Sykesville, MD). The Lions come into the Carroll County contest with a 10-5 record.
