January 25, 2022: Brookfield, CT 06804 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Brookfield Bobcats (Brookfield, CT) and the visiting Bunnell Bulldogs (Stratford, CT), saw Brookfield's basketball squad overcome Bunnell by a tally of 55-35.
With the victory, Brookfield improves its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Pomperaug (Southbury, CT) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 28. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 10-4. Pomperaug won 58-38 in their recent league challenge against Masuk (Monroe, CT)
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Stratford Red Devils (Stratford, CT) in a Southwest - Colonial challenge, on Friday, January 28. Bunnell will attempt to improve on its 1-12 season record. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a 5-7 record after their 50-22 non-league loss to Immaculate (Danbury, CT).
