Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Octorara Area overwhelms Eastern York
January 25, 2023: Atglen, PA 19310 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Octorara Area Braves (Atglen, PA) and the visiting Eastern York Golden Knights (Wrightsville, PA), saw Octorara Area's basketball squad wallop Eastern York by a tally of 81-53.
With the victory, Octorara Area improves its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Braves travel to Donegal (Mt. Joy, PA) to play the Indians in a Lancaster-Lebanon 4 challenge on Friday, January 27. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 8-6. Donegal lost 69-52 in their recent league challenge against Lampeter-Strasburg (Lampeter, PA)
Next up, the Golden Knights play the West York Area Bulldogs (York, PA) in a York-Adams 2 challenge, on Friday, January 27. Eastern York will attempt to improve on its 13-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 12-6 record after their 65-41 league win over Dover (Dover, PA).
