California High School Basketball - Capuchino nudges Sequoia
January 25, 2023: Redwood City, CA 94062 Capuchino Mustangs (San Bruno, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Sequoia Ravens (Redwood City, CA), 28-21 in a league bout.
With the win, Capuchino upgrades its record to 2-14 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Burlingame (Burlingame, CA) to clash with the Panthers in a Peninsula - South bout on Friday, January 27. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 4-14. Burlingame lost 64-30 in their recent league bout against Carlmont (Belmont, CA)
Next up, the Ravens clash with the Menlo-Atherton Bears (Atherton, CA) in a Peninsula - South bout, on Friday, January 27. Sequoia will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 16-2 record after their 35-27 league win over Aragon (San Mateo, CA).
