January 25, 2023: Edmonds, WA 98026 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Mountlake Terrace Hawks (Mountlake Terrace, WA) and the host Edmonds-Woodway Warriors (Edmonds, WA), saw Mountlake Terrace's basketball squad hold off Edmonds-Woodway by a tally of 49-47.
With the victory, Mountlake Terrace improves its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Hawks host Lynnwood (Bothell, WA) to confront the Royals in a 2A/3A Wesco challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Royals come into the challenge with a record of 11-5. Lynnwood lost 76-66 in their recent league challenge against Meadowdale (Lynnwood, WA)
Next up, the Warriors confront the Meadowdale Mavericks (Lynnwood, WA) in a 2A/3A Wesco challenge, on Friday, January 27. Edmonds-Woodway will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record. The Mavericks come into the challenge with a 8-4 record after their 76-66 league win over Lynnwood (Bothell, WA).
