The Air Academy Kadets ice hockey squad (US Air Force Academy, CO), was overwhelmed 10-2 in Wednesday's non-league outing with the visiting Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks (Colorado Springs, CO)

In their next game, the Red-Tailed Hawks confront the Colorado Academy Mustangs (Denver, CO) in a non-league outing, on Friday, January 27. Cheyenne Mountain will attempt to better on its 10-2 season record. The Mustangs go into the outing with a 8-2 record after their 4-1 league win over Kent Denver (Englewood, CO).

With the defeat, Air Academy drops to 1-11 on the campaign. The Kadets host Rampart (Colorado Springs, CO) to confront the Rams in a non-league outing on Friday, January 27.
