January 25, 2024: Arcadia, LA 71001 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Arcadia Hornets (Arcadia, LA) and the visiting Ringgold Redskins (Ringgold, LA), saw Arcadia's basketball squad overcome Ringgold by a tally of 68-60.
With the victory, Arcadia improves its record to 10-11 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Lincoln Prep (Grambling, LA) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 27. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 10-8. Lincoln Prep won 54-37 in their recent league challenge against Cedar Creek (Ruston, LA)
Next up, the Redskins confront the Homer Pelicans (Homer, LA) in a 1A District 1 challenge, on Monday, January 29. Ringgold will attempt to improve on its 20-9 season record. The Pelicans come into the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 77-18 league win over Magnolia School of Excellence (Shreveport, LA).
