In Thursday's non-league outing, the Ridgeview Wolfpack (Clintwood, VA) basketball squad edged the visiting Grundy Golden Wave (Grundy, VA), by a count of 77-70.

The Wolfpack (7-5) will now prepare for their outing against Central Wise (Norton, VA). The Warriors go into the Mountain outing with a 8-9 record. In their last outing, Central Wise held off Lee (Jonesville, VA), 84-46, in a league outing.
