In Thursday's league match, the visiting Southwest Onslow Stallions basketball team scored a decisive 67-45 triumph over the Wallace-Rose Hill Bulldogs.

In their next game, the Stallions meet the North Lenoir Hawks (LaGrange, NC) in a 2A East Central match, on Tuesday, January 30. Southwest Onslow will attempt to better on its 12-5 season record. The Hawks enter the match with a 6-11 record after their 78-36 league loss to Kinston (Kinston, NC).
