The Barren County Trojans basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting Glasgow Scotties to 25 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Trojans now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greenwood for a non-league contest on Monday, January 29.

The Scotties (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Allen County-Scottsville (Scottsville, KY). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Allen County-Scottsville ran past Warren East (Bowling Green, KY), 42-28, in a non-league contest.
