In Thursday's non-league outing, the Anderson Indians (Anderson, IN) basketball squad felled the host New Castle Trojans (New Castle, IN), by a margin of 78-70.

The Indians (11-13) will now prepare for their outing against Mt. Vernon (Fortville, IN). The Marauders go into the non-league outing with a 10-13 record. In their last outing, Mt. Vernon thwarted Delta (Muncie, IN), 57-23, in a league outing.
