New Jersey High School Basketball - Millburn ripped by Bloomfield
January 25, 2024: Millburn, NJ 07041 The Bloomfield Bengals basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Millburn Millers to 37 in the Bengals non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bengals now sport a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central for a Super Essex - Liberty contest on Saturday, January 27. Bloomfield will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 53-37 league win over Cedar Grove (Cedar Grove, NJ). The Blue Devils record now stands at 11-7.
The Millers (6-11) will now prepare for their contest against Livingston (Livingston, NJ). The Lancers enter the Super Essex - Colonial contest with a 7-10 record. In their last contest, Livingston triumphed over Newark Tech (Newark, NJ), 48-11, in a league contest.
