In Thursday's non-league outing, the Connelly School of the Holy Child (Potomac, MD) basketball squad felled the host Flint Hill Huskies (Oakton, VA), by a margin of 59-48.

The (9-9) will now prepare for their outing against Sidwell Friends (Washington, DC). The Quakers go into the Independent School outing with a 12-2 record.

The Huskies now own a 7-9 record. They play next when they travel to Potomac School for a Independent School outing on Saturday, January 27. Flint Hill will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 57-44 league win over St. Andrew's Episcopal (Potomac, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 13-4.
