January 25, 2024: Nutley, NJ 07110 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Nutley Maroon Raiders (Nutley, NJ) and the visiting Livingston Lancers (Livingston, NJ), saw Nutley's basketball squad overcome Livingston by a tally of 50-37.
With the victory, Nutley improves its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Maroon Raiders travel to Caldwell (West Caldwell, NJ) to confront the Chiefs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 27. The Chiefs come into the challenge with a record of 8-5. Caldwell won 44-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Kearny (Kearny, NJ)
Next up, the Lancers confront the Newark Tech Terries (Newark, NJ) in a Super Essex - Colonial challenge, on Friday, January 26. Livingston will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record. The Terries come into the challenge with a 0-10 record after their 68-21 non-league loss to East Side (Newark, NJ).
