The More Cavaliers basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Sturgis Brown Scoopers to 22 in the Cavaliers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Cavaliers now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rapid City Christian for a A Region 8 contest on Tuesday, January 30. More will battle a Comets team coming off a 44-27 league win over Hot Springs (Hot Springs, SD). The Comets record now stands at 7-5.

The Scoopers (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Red Cloud (Pine Ridge, SD). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 12-0 record. In their last contest, Red Cloud triumphed over Pine Ridge (Pine Ridge, SD), 66-23, in a league contest.
