New Mexico High School Basketball - Ruidoso fells Cobre
January 25, 2025: Bayard, NM 88023 The Ruidoso Warriors basketball team scored 66 points and limited the host Cobre Indians to 53 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Warriors now possess a 11-8 record. They play next when they host Socorro for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. Ruidoso will confront a Warriors team coming off a 75-37 non-league loss to New Mexico Military Institute (Roswell, NM). The Warriors record now stands at 4-13.
With the loss, Cobre falls to 11-7 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Silver (Silver City, NM) to confront the Fighting Colts in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. The Fighting Colts go into the game with a record of 12-4. Silver lost 55-33 in their recent non-league game against Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM)
