Grove City Christian Eagles (Grove City, OH) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Bishop Rosecrans Bishops (Zanesville, OH), 43-38 in a league match.

With the victory, Grove City Christian upgrades its record to 6-9 on the year. The Eagles host Wellington School (Columbus, OH) to face the Jaguars in a Mid-State - Cardinal match on Tuesday, January 28. The Jaguars enter the match with a record of 13-4. Wellington School won 55-22 in their recent league match against Miller (Corning, OH)

The Bishops now sport a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Catholic Central for a non-league match on Monday, January 27.
