Georgia High School Basketball - Marist triumphant over Blessed Trinity
January 25, 2025: Atlanta, GA 30319 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Marist War Eagles (Atlanta, GA) and the visiting Blessed Trinity Titans (Roswell, GA), observed Marist's basketball team overwhelm Blessed Trinity by a margin of 57-33.
The War Eagles (18-2) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Pius X Catholic (Atlanta, GA). The Golden Lions come into the AAAA Region 5 challenge with a 13-6 record. In their last challenge, St. Pius X Catholic trounced Lithonia (Lithonia, GA), 64-42, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Titans battle the Cambridge Bears (Milton, GA) in a AAAA Region 6 challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. Blessed Trinity will attempt to better on its 5-13 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 8-11 record after their 53-52 non-league loss to Denmark (Alpharetta, GA).
