The Ocosta Wildcats (Westport, WA) basketball edged the host Crescent Loggers (Joyce, WA), 31-29 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to Taholah for a 1B Coastal bout on Tuesday, January 28. Ocosta will play a Chitwhins team coming off a 59-9 non-league win over Lake Quinault (Amanda Park, WA). The Chitwhins record now stands at 12-4.

With the defeat, Crescent drops to 6-7 on the year. The Loggers travel to Neah Bay (Neah Bay, WA) to face the Red Devils in a 1B North Olympic outing on Wednesday, January 29. The Red Devils enter the outing with a record of 15-1. Neah Bay won 63-24 in their recent non-league outing against Forks (Forks, WA)
