In Saturday's non-league test, the Potomac School Panthers (McLean, VA) basketball squad defeated the host Flint Hill Huskies (Oakton, VA), by a final score of 73-53.

Next, the Panthers clash with the Sidwell Friends Quakers (Washington, DC) in a Independent School test, on Tuesday, January 28. Potomac School will attempt to upgrade on its 12-7 season record. The Quakers come into the test with a 14-2 record after their 68-36 league win over St. Andrew's Episcopal (Potomac, MD).

The Huskies (12-6) will now prepare for their test against Holton-Arms (Bethesda, MD). The come into the Girls Independent - Division 2 test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Holton-Arms went down by Episcopal (Alexandria, VA), 51-20, in a league test.
