The McDonough Warhawks basketball squad (McDonough, GA), was crushed 62-37 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Ola Mustangs (McDonough, GA)

With the victory, Ola advances its record to 14-5 on the year. The Mustangs host Woodland (Stockbridge, GA) to meet the Wolfpack in a AAAA Region 2 battle on Tuesday, January 28. The Wolfpack enter the battle with a record of 13-6. Woodland lost 50-34 in their recent league battle against Jones County (Gray, GA)

The Warhawks now own a 6-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eagle's Landing for a AAAA Region 2 battle on Tuesday, January 28. McDonough will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 67-34 league loss to Stockbridge (Stockbridge, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 4-12.
