The College Park Cavaliers basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the visiting The Woodlands Highlanders to 42 in the Cavaliers league victory on Wednesday.

The Cavaliers now sport a 7-21 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grand Oaks for a 6A Region II District 13 contest on Saturday, January 29. College Park will battle a Grizzlies team coming off a 60-48 league win over Oak Ridge (Conroe, TX). The Grizzlies record now stands at 21-7.

The Highlanders (11-18) will now prepare for their contest against Willis (Willis, TX). The Wildkats come into the 6A Region II District 13 contest with a 5-24 record. In their last contest, Willis was nudged by Conroe (Conroe, TX), 68-20, in a league contest.
