California High School Basketball - Carlmont fells San Mateo
January 26, 2022: Belmont, CA 94002 Carlmont Scots (Belmont, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting San Mateo Bearcats (San Mateo, CA), 30-14 in a league bout.
With the win, Carlmont upgrades its record to 6-6 on the season. The Scots travel to Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA) to play the Bears in a bout on Friday, January 28. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 10-2. Menlo-Atherton lost 37-23 in their recent league bout against Mills (Millbrae, CA)
Next up, the Bearcats play the Aragon Dons (San Mateo, CA) in a bout, on Friday, January 28. San Mateo will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Dons go into the bout with a 8-9 record after their 44-34 league win over Capuchino (San Bruno, CA).
