January 26, 2023: New Roads, LA 70760 In Thursday's non-league outing, the Central Private Redhawks (Baker, LA) basketball squad beat the host Catholic of Pointe Coupee Hornets (New Roads, LA), by a count of 66-53.
The Redhawks (12-3) will now prepare for their outing against Pearl River (Pearl River, LA). The Rebels go into the non-league outing with a 10-10 record. In their last outing, Pearl River was topped by Archbishop Hannan (Covington, LA), 59-18, in a league outing.
The Hornets now hold a 2-11 record. They play next when they host Sacred Heart for a 1A District 6 outing on Friday, January 27.
