Michigan High School Basketball - St. Joseph trounces Central
January 26, 2023: St. Joseph, MI 49085 The St. Joseph Bears (St. Joseph, MI) basketball crushed the visiting Central Bearcats (Battle Creek, MI), 77-47 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Bears (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Dowagiac (Dowagiac, MI). The Chieftains go into the non-league test with a 2-9 record. In their last test, Dowagiac was trounced by Vicksburg (Vicksburg, MI), 64-35, in a league test.
The Bearcats now own a 10-5 record. They play next when they host Benton Harbor for a non-league test on Monday, January 30. Central will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 77-40 non-league win over Buchanan (Buchanan, MI). The Tigers record now stands at 11-2.
