January 26, 2023: Boalsburg, PA 16827 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the East Juniata Tigers (McAlisterville, PA) and the host Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy WolfPack (Boalsburg, PA), saw East Juniata's basketball squad overcome Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy by a tally of 46-37.
With the victory, East Juniata improves its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Tigers host Greenwood (Millerstown, PA) to confront the Wildcats in a Tri-Valley challenge on Monday, January 30. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 14-1. Greenwood won 55-31 in their recent league challenge against Juniata (Mifflintown, PA)
Next up, the WolfPack confront the Williamsburg Blue Pirates (Williamsburg, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 27. Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy will attempt to improve on its 12-5 season record. The Blue Pirates come into the challenge with a 10-6 record after their 79-69 league win over Mount Union (Mount Union, PA).
