Alabama High School Basketball - Huffman fells Paul W. Bryant
January 26, 2023: Birmingham, AL 35215 Huffman Vikings (Birmingham, AL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Paul W. Bryant Stampede (Cottondale, AL), 57-37 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Huffman upgrades its record to 18-8 on the season. The Vikings host Vestavia Hills (Vestavia Hills, AL) to clash with the Rebels in a non-league bout on Monday, January 30. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 20-4.
Next up, the Stampede clash with the Central Falcons (Tuscaloosa, AL) in a 6A Area 6 bout, on Friday, January 27. Paul W. Bryant will attempt to upgrade on its 15-10 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 6-7 record after their 71-58 non-league win over American Christian Academy (Tuscaloosa, AL).
