In Thursday's league outing, the Hanover Central Wildcats (Cedar Lake, IN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Calumet New Tech Warriors (Gary, IN), by a count of 59-20.

The Wildcats (12-9) will now prepare for their outing against River Forest (Hobart, IN). The Ingots go into the non-league outing with a 10-13 record. In their last outing, River Forest was crushed by Lake Station Edison (Lake Station, IN), 79-41, in a league outing.
