January 26, 2023: Andrews, SC 29510 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Andrews Yellowjackets (Andrews, SC) and the visiting Marion Swamp Foxes (Marion, SC), saw Andrews's basketball squad hold off Marion by a tally of 38-33.
With the victory, Andrews improves its record to 1-3 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Mullins (Mullins, SC) to play the Auctioneers in a challenge on Monday, January 30. The Auctioneers come into the challenge with a record of 14-3. Mullins won 56-46 in their recent league challenge against Lee Central (Bishopville, SC)
Next up, the Swamp Foxes play the Kingstree Blazers (Kingstree, SC) in a challenge, on Monday, January 30. Marion will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Blazers come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 40-23 league loss to Mullins (Mullins, SC).
